Scripmem Video Troubleshooting Guide
Requirements
- Quicktime (or other RTSP compatible player)
- A browser that supports the embed tag (Internet Explorer 7.0 or greater, Firefox, Netscape, etc.).
What to try
- Download the latest version of Quicktime from Apple's website.
- Upgrade your web browser to the latest version (see your browser documentation).

To watch a video directly through Quicktime select File->Open URL and copy and paste the link below into the dialog that appears.
